A Small Business
We are a small business that has been a long time in the making. We
have worked for both large and small businesses over the
years, where we have learned a lot about business - both
what to do - and what not to do. We have found that
good business boils down to providing excellent customer service.
Without you, the customer, we have no business, so we will
do everything in our power to make sure that you are
satisfied with your order and service from K&J Magnetics.
Magnet Lovers
We have been fascinated by magnets our entire lives, just like most folks. The mysterious invisible force is just truly mesmerizing.
We are constantly inventing (or trying to invent) new
contraptions and new uses
for our powerful neodymium magnets. If you run into us on the street,
there is almost a 100% chance that we will have magnets
with us to entertain ourselves and others (unless we have
already given them away that day, which often happens).
Internet Buyers
Just like you, we buy stuff on the internet all the time and have the same concerns as you.
When we order something online, we want it as soon as
possible. That is why we ship most orders within one
business day of payment. We want you to receive your order as
quickly as we like receiving ours. We are also very
concerned about security and privacy on the web. That
is why we use Authorize.net, one of the most respected
credit card processing providers on the web. We do not
store your credit card information on our servers after your
order is processed. We will not share your information
with anyone, nor will we email you unless it is regarding
your order. The only thing you will receive from us is
your order and great customer service.
Engineers
Yes, we do have several engineers on staff.
We will work hard to answer any questions you may have about
magnets. If we don't know the answer, we will do our
best to find out, or provide you with somewhere to find the
information that you need. No, we do not live in
cubicles, nor do we wear pocket protectors (usually).
Hack Programmers
Yes, we do our own web design.
In an effort to keep our costs and our prices down, we have
learned, and continue to learn, web design and programming.
While our site may not be the most flashy or innovative on
the web, we work hard to make it simple to navigate,
informative and functional. If you notice anything
wrong with the site, or have recommendations for
improvement, we would very much appreciate you dropping us
an email bringing it to our attention.
Environmentally Conscious
We care about our environment so we use recycled packaging materials whenever possible.
From using boxes made from recycled materials to reusing
packaging whenever possible, we do what we can to conserve
our natural resources and reduce waste.
Appreciative
Of all of the great people we have met in this business over the years. We have learned so much from so many friendly and intelligent people over the years.
