Br Max: Br max is also called "Residual Flux Density" and is when the magnetic induction remaining in a saturated magnetic material after the magnetizing field has been removed. This is the point at which the hysteresis loop crosses the B axis at zero magnetizing force, and represents the maximum flux output from the given magnet material. The dy04-n52 is a large, extremely powerful disc magnet with a 2" diameter
and 1/4" thickness. It is axially magnetized through the thickness and
coated with nickel-copper-nickel plating that provides a smooth, durable
surface and helps protect the magnet from corrosion. Made from N52, the
strongest neodymium grade available, this magnet has a surface field of
1,795 Gauss, a 54.97 lb pull force, and a max operating temperature of 176°F
(80°C).
The super strong dy04-n52 rare earth neodymium disc magnet is well suited
for engineers, manufacturers, fabricators, woodworkers, and makers working
on demanding projects that require dependable magnetic holding. Common
applications include industrial fixtures, jigs, machine and equipment
assemblies, large access panels, removable covers, shop organization,
woodworking projects and custom cabinetry, displays, signs, and prototypes.
It can also be incorporated into magnetic mounting systems, used to position
components during fabrication, secure large removable parts, or create
strong temporary connections where mechanical fasteners may not be
practical.
