Ordering Info
There are many methods to order and pay for our products:
1) Credit Card: Our new site uses the highly
respected and secure Authorize.net as our credit card processing
solution and
Comodo Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption to ensure the
privacy and security of your information. You can pay directly through our site using any
Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover Card. This
is the fastest, easiest, and most reliable way to order.
2) PayPal: Our site also integrates directly
with PayPal. You can complete your shopping using our
shopping cart and choose the PayPal option upon checkout.
You can then log in to your PayPal account and make the payment.
It is incredibly simple if you are a current PayPal user.
3) Order by Phone: For people that don't
want to enter credit card information online we offer an order
by phone option. This line is for placing orders only.
The operators answering this phone do not have technical
knowledge of magnets and will not be able to answer questions.

you can call us toll free at 1-888-SHOP-KJM (1-888-746-7556)
or 215-766-8055 from outside the United
States. While it is not required for
phone-in payments, entering your order online
and selecting the "Phone-In Payment" option prior to calling
is recommended. This
method will not require you to enter any credit card
information, but it will email your order and shipping
information to us. You can then reference your order
number when you call, so you will only have to provide credit card information
by phone. This speeds up the processing of your order so
your order will ship faster, and also ensures the accuracy of
your order and shipping information. It will also allow you to know
your exact UPS shipping options and cost prior to calling.
4) Mail-In Payment: Upon checkout you will also have the
option of placing your order online and mailing in your payment. Your order will be
emailed to us and you can then arrange payment in a number of
ways:
a) Snail Mail: You can mail
payment to us in the form of cashier's check, money order or
company check. We no longer accept personal checks. Orders paid by cashier's check or money
order will be shipped immediately upon receipt of payment.

b) Fax: You can fax us your
credit card information. Our fax number is 215-766-8054.
With your fax, please include the name on the credit card, the
card number, the expiration date, the security code on the back
of the card and the billing address for the card. Also
include a shipping address if it is different than the billing
address for the credit card.
5) Purchase Order: We accept Purchase Orders from
schools and businesses with approved credit. To open an
account with us, simply fax your credit information to us at
215-766-8054 or email it to us at
contactus@kjmagnetics.com. Terms are Net 30 on all
accounts. There is a $50.00 minimum for orders placed by
Purchase Order and flat rate shipping does not apply. All
orders placed by Purchase Order are shipped via UPS to allow for
tracking and confirmation of delivery. If you need a credit application form, we
will be happy to email one to you.
Other Ordering Info
There will be no sales tax charged unless you live in
Pennsylvania. PA residents will be charged 6% state sales tax. Sorry
guys :(
Shipping Info
We ship most orders within 1 business day of payment so you receive your magnets as quickly as possible. We know what it's like to order something online and then wait...and wait...and wait for your package to arrive. That is why we do everything possible to ensure that we ship, and you receive, your magnet order in a timely fashion.
We offer shipping via UPS and the US Postal Service (USPS). You will be able to choose your shipping method at checkout.
If you have special shipping requirements, you must make arrangements with us
BEFORE you place your order. We can often accommodate special shipping requests, but are sometimes unable to.
Additional charges may apply for special shipping requirements.
US Shipping
UPS
We offer the following shipping services through UPS: UPS
Ground, 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, and UPS Next Day Air. The
shipping cost is determined by the weight of your order, the
level of UPS service selected, and the destination. With UPS,
delivery times are guaranteed and tracking information is
provided. UPS delivery days are Monday through Friday. UPS orders placed online by 12:00PM (noon) ET,
Monday through Friday,
will be shipped the same day. UPS orders received after
12:00PM cutoff time may go out the same day, but it is not

USPS We offer flat rate shipping through the US Postal Service. USPS Priority Mail is a flat rate of $7.00 and USPS First Class Mail is a flat rate of $5.00. With USPS shipping, there is no tracking information provided and delivery times are not guaranteed. Delivery confirmation is provided when available. First Class Mail delivery can take up to 7-10 business days and Priority Mail usually takes 2-5 business days to most locations.
If there are no outstanding issues with your USPS order, it will
ship within
1 business day.
International Shipping
We currently offer international shipping to the countries listed in the table below. Please be sure that all products are eligible for import into your country before ordering.
Because the import rules and regulations for each country are different, K&J Magnetics, Inc. will not be responsible for international shipments once they leave our facility. All import duty fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
UPS
We offer the following shipping services through UPS: Worldwide Express, Worldwide Expedited
and UPS Standard (available to Canada only). The shipping cost is determined by the weight of your order, the level of UPS service selected, and the destination. With UPS, delivery times are guaranteed and tracking information is provided.

Our flat rate international shipping is via the US Postal Service. International shipping is by USPS Airmail Letter Post for packages under 4 lbs and USPS Airmail Parcel Post for packages 4 lbs and over. With the US Postal Service, delivery times are not guaranteed and tracking is not provided. The US Postal Service estimates delivery time on most international airmail shipments to be 4-12 business days, but the customs process of each country is different and can delay delivery by up to 14 additional business days.
If there are no outstanding issues with your USPS order, it will
ship within
1 business day. Please note that some items are not eligible for
international flat rate shipping. The following will not be
shipped using international flat rate shipping rates: steel
balls, sculpture kits, and permanent magnet levitators. All
items are eligible for international shipping via UPS.

Delivery Information
On the day your order is shipped, you will receive an email (if you provided a valid email address during checkout) from our shipping department in the late afternoon.
If you selected a UPS shipping
option, you will
receive the details of your shipment, including a tracking
number. You can track your package using the tracking

If shipment is via the US Postal Service, you will receive the details of your shipment, including a delivery confirmation number
when available. This number is not a tracking number, but will tell us/you whether your package has been delivered. Often times, when you check on the USPS website (www.usps.com), the message will read something like "The U.S. Postal Service was electronically notified by the shipper or shipping partner on June 14, 200X to expect your package for mailing." This is a standard message that the USPS generates as soon as we print your shipping label. This message
may not change until your package is loaded for delivery by your
local Post Office. Once scanned, the message will change to something like "Your item was delivered at 4:12 pm on June 16, 200X in HOMETOWN, STATE ZIP." You may see this message even before your package is delivered. If you do see the "delivered" message, but have not yet received your package, you will probably be receiving it later in the day with your normal mail delivery.
