Neodymium Star Magnets

A star magnet, or magnetic star, is a permanent magnet made in the shape of a star. Our star-shaped magnets are made with neodymium, a powerful rare earth magnetic material that provides strong magnetic performance in a compact size.

Star magnets are commonly used as refrigerator magnets, decorative magnets, craft magnets and display magnets. They can also hold photos, notes, reminders, artwork, signs and other lightweight items on refrigerators, magnetic whiteboards, filing cabinets, lockers and other suitable steel surfaces.

Yes. Magnetic stars make decorative refrigerator magnets and can be used to hold photos, notes, shopping lists, reminders and other lightweight items. They can also be used on other magnetic surfaces such as steel filing cabinets and magnetic whiteboards. While looking cool, they are difficult to move and remove as compared to cylinder magnets or thumbtack magnets .

Yes. Their decorative shape and magnetic strength make neodymium star magnets useful for crafts, DIY projects, magnetic decorations, displays, gifts and other creative projects where a star-shaped magnet is desired.

Star magnets attract strongly to suitable ferromagnetic materials such as iron and many types of steel. Common examples include steel refrigerators, filing cabinets, lockers and magnetic whiteboards. They will not attract to materials such as aluminum, brass, copper, wood, glass or plastic unless a magnetic or steel surface is added.
