Our default coating is a 3-layer nickel-copper-nickel (Ni-Cu-Ni) to protect from moisture and corrosion, enhance durability and to give a nice smooth silver finish. • Strength grades - Available in strength grades: N35, N38, N40, N42, N45, N48, N50, N52.
• Heat grades - Available in heat grades: N, NM, NH, NSH, NUH, NEH, NAH.
• Sizes - Available from 1/32" or about 0.8mm, all the way up to 6" or about 150mm. We also have popular sizes like 1/4", 1/2", 3/4", 1", 2" with many sizes with countersunk holes. You can use our magnet finder tool and select metric sizes to find close equivalents to popular metric sizes like 5mm, 10mm, 25mm, 50mm diameters, hole size or thicknesses, etc.
• Tolerances - Dimensional tolerances for all bar magnets are 0.004" or 0.1mm.
