Strong Rare Earth Neodymium Disc Magnets for Sale

Huge inventory and selection of rare earth neodymium disc magnets. Our round permanent neodymium magnets come in multiple grades from N35 to the strongest grade N52. Most of our disc magnets are N42 which a nice balance between low cost and high performance. Our selection features both disc magnets and cylinder/rod magnets ranging from small round discs with diameters as low as 1/16" all the way up to very powerful discs 3" in diameter for heavy duty applications. We also offer thin flat disc magnets with a thickness as low as 1/32" (~.8mm).

Disc Magnet Coatings

We provide the below nickel (Ni-Cu-Ni), black nickel (Ni-Cu-Ni-BlackNi), gold (Ni-Cu-Ni + Au), rubber and plastic coatings for our disc magnets. Our default coating is a 3-layer nickel-copper-nickel (Ni-Cu-Ni) plating to protect from moisture and corrosion, enhance durability and to give a nice smooth silver finish. Disc Magnet Magnetization Directions

We offer disc magnets in through thickness and diametric magnetization directions. Most of our disc magnets are axially magnetized through their thickness and the rest are diametrically magnetized across the round diameter of the magnet. Our disc dimensions are listed in order of diameter then thickness. Below are diagrams of two magnetic polarizations we provide.
