Yes, magnets can be used on any magnetic dry erase board including magnetic whiteboards and magnetic glass dry erase boards as long as they have a stainless steel or magnetic backing.

Why won't my magnet stick to my whiteboard?

A magnet loses pull force over a gap such as magnetic whiteboard coatings or the thickness of the magnetic glass. The gap will increase more if paper, photos, etc. are added between the magnet and steel. Low friction can also cause a magnet to slide down.
